We couldn’t make salami without adding this to our arsenal! These big bold flavours compliment our rare breed pork beautifully and are a perfect addition to any charcuterie board.

“This shiny salami is deep red in colour with pretty fat pieces and toasted fennel evident throughout. The aromas are so inviting with savoury and sweet notes making you want to dive in. The flavour is exquisite. As you chew the levels of flavour increase and make the whole experience incredibly pleasurable. The meat is juicy and is clearly good quality. The level of wine used and the smoking process elevate the pork making it taste incredibly special. The level of seasoning is perfect and the toasted fennel seeds and garlic round out all the other elements wonderfully. With all of the elements that are gong on here, the pork flavour still shines and you just want to finish is all! This is an excellent salami.”
