Our newest salami flavour has quickly become one of our favourites here at Stonehouse. It made with 80% grass fed belted Galloway supplied by Base Camp North Lake who source their meat from carefully selected Lake District farms only and 20% free range pork.
Working with the seasons, we’ve flavoured it with fermented wild garlic and a little winter truffle. We’ve not been heavy handed with either of the main flavourings here as both can be very overpowering without detracting from the quality of the meat.
